莫博士是香港東華大學物理治療學助理教授。她是一位肌肉骨骼物理治療從業者和研究員，擁有豐富的臨床、教學和研究經驗。除了本地專業培訓外，她在澳洲獲得臨床專長和研究培訓。她在香港理工大學的本科和研究生物理治療課程中任教超過15年。她的臨床專長獲得香港奧運和殘奧委員會認可，她曾為香港代表團服務多項國際賽事，如殘奧會、殘疾人亞運會、亞運會和亞洲青年運動會。

此外，她被北京奧運會組委會任命為2008年北京殘奧會青島帆船場地的物理治療主管。專業上，她自2013年起擔任香港物理治療學會手法物理治療專科組當選主席，以及國際手法物理治療師聯合會的香港代表。
