- 支援教職員提升教與學成果與質素。
- 提供專業發展課程，涵蓋課程設計、教學法及評核策略。
- 建立學術資源庫，促進教學實踐社群的交流與合作。
- 邀請校外專家舉辦網上研討會，探討高等教育創新與發展。
- 舉辦技術講座及培訓工作坊，提升教職員科技增潤學習（TEL）能力。
- 推行全院專業發展計劃，並支援教學資助及行動研究項目。
