課程重點培養學生在健康資訊學、臨床數據分析及營運管理上的能力。透過專題研習、案例分析及團隊協作活動，同學可加強解難能力、溝通技巧及跨界別協作能力，並以服務使用者角度回應醫療體系的真實需要。畢業生可以在醫院、醫療機構、非牟利組織、專上院校及數碼健康企業中勝任不同崗位，推動數碼轉型與政策發展，提升醫療服務的效率與質素。

• 以國際的醫療資訊及服務管理專業協會的能力架構為基礎，培育同學關於醫療資訊及服務管理的專業知識及技能應用能力；
• 培養學生應用知識的創造力和分析力，如何利用數據評估臨床及生物所帶來的影響；
• 強化同學對香港醫療體系的暸解，並幫助其更掌握管理醫療資訊系統的技巧以及了解醫療服務管理等專業領域的日常運作；
• 加強同學的溝通能力、團隊建構力及與跨界別專業合作能力；
• 為同學設計全人的通識課程，讓學生視困境為挑戰，更有助提高和培養同學的同理心，以彰顯以心惠群的社會使命。

申請一年級學士學位入學，申請人應符合以下條件之一:

1. 2024/25學年及以後香港中學文憑考試考生）須在香港中學文憑考試中取得中文及英文科目3級、數學2級，並在公民及社會發展科以及一科選修/應用學習科目2級（“332A+2”）取得“A”級成績; 或
2. 2024/2025年度之前的香港中學文憑考試考生）須在香港中學文憑考試中取得中國語文及英國語文三級、數學及通識教育二級，以及一門選修/應用學習科目二級（“3322+2”); 或
3. 香港高級會考(HKALE)英語運用及AS科目、中國語言及文化及一科AL科目/兩科AS科目及格，香港中學會考(HKCEE)中國語言及英語語言科目及格，另加三科其他科目及格; 或
4. (1)已取得：(i) 資格架構3級相關資格證書；(ii) 兩年相關工作經驗；(iii) 通過筆試；以及 (iv) 通過面試；或
5. (1)申請人須符合以下條件：(i) 完成中五或以上或同等學歷；(ii) 透過香港資歷架構（HKQF）下的「先前學習認可」（RPL）機制，持有至少兩項資訊及通訊科技（營運及支援）行業或安老服務業的資歷三級相關資格（成績單）；及 (iii) 透過面試及支援）行業或安老服務業的資歷三級相關資格(成績單）；
6. 已取得同等資格 (2)

備註:

1. 通過第一年入學途徑6)或7)錄取的學生，如未取得香港中學文憑考試（HKDSE)英語語文三級成績，須於入學之初完成並通過學院開設的兩科英語增潤課程。
2. 有關申請學士學位課程的同等非本地學歷範例，請參閱學院網站。

申請進入高年級學習的申請人應符合以下條件之一：

1. 已完成相關學科/專業的副學士學位或高級文憑課程；或
2. 已獲得同等學歷

被錄取進入高年級的學生可能需要完成銜接課程。這些銜接課程可以是專業課程，也可以是前兩年開設的通識教育課程。

• Tung Wah College will adjust the tuition fee of its programmes based on the Composite Consumer Price Index to be announced by the Government annually. 
• Tuition fees are normally charged by two instalments per annum and are payable before the commencement of each semester. New students are required to settle the balance of the tuition fee for the first semester (i.e. after deducting deposit) upon programme registration in August. 
• Students are required to pay additional fees for all retake/additional courses which would be charged at the rate of the normal cohort and be calculated by the number of credits to be taken. Please refer the details in the College’s Fees Regulation at https://www.twc.edu.hk/en/Administration_Units/fo/our_service/student-area. 
• The tuition fee for the programme under the Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/Sectors (SSSDP) is the net fee paid by a student after deduction of subsidy from the Government. In 2026/27 academic year, the annual subsidy under the SSSDP is $51,880 for non-laboratory-based undergraduate applied degree programmes, plus an additional annual subsidy of $5,000 for this applied degree programme that have undergone the relevant accreditation. The annual subsidy amount may vary in each academic year subject to the decision by the Education Bureau. 
• All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
• Following the Government's announcement on 31 July 2025 regarding the revised eligibility criteria for government-subsidised post-secondary student places and subsidies, the new arrangements will take effect from the 2027/28 academic year (with the application cycle commencing in October 2026). Students will be required to pay the non-subsidised tuition fees if they do not meet the updated eligibility criteria for government subsidies.

這是香港首個涵蓋健康資訊管理（HIM）和醫療服務管理（HSM）的本科課程。學生將在健康科學、健康資訊管理和醫療服務管理三個領域修讀學科課程。

本課程是根據與健康資訊管理 (HIM) 和健康安全管理 (HSM) 相關的國際協會的能力框架和標準中的專業要求而發展的。

在公共和私人醫療保健領域，智慧醫院和智慧醫療的發展以及數位醫療和健康資訊管理（HIM）的應用日益受到重視。醫療服務管理人員和主管越來越需要運用現代科技來管理各級醫療服務。

畢業生可在公共、私營和非政府組織醫療保健領域就業，從事健康資訊與記錄專員、病歷專員、編碼員、行政助理、二級行政主管、二級衛生管理員、人力資源專員、後勤服務專員、客戶服務專員、行銷專員、專案專員、研究助理、採購專員和設施管理專員等職位。此外，該課程的健康資訊管理（HIM）部分還將為畢業生提供更多新興職位的職業機會，例如資料編碼員、病例組合分析師、健康資訊經理、數位健康技術創業家、數位健康轉型經理、資料隱私專員、健康/臨床資料庫和疾病登記經理以及衛生系統開發和實施專家。
