課程簡介
香港東華大學護理學高級文憑（HDN）著重培養學生的核心護理知識、臨床技巧與關懷理念，透過課堂教學、模擬訓練及多元化臨床實習，裝備學生投身前線護理工作。課程獲香港護士管理局認可，畢業生符合申請成為登記護士的專業要求，亦可銜接相關學士學位進一步深造，拓展多元護理事業發展道路。
課程目標
- To develop students’ competence in health promotion, maintenance and restoration, and prevention of illness through the delivery of primary, secondary and tertiary health care in hospital and community settings;
- To equip students with effective communication skills for providing individualized care and for fostering teamwork;
- To develop student’s understanding of psychosocial, cultural and environmental dimensions of health and illness;
- To equip students with critical, creative and analytical problem-solving skills; and
- To foster the development of students' general qualities for all-roundness, such as the capacity for lifelong learning, independent and reflective learning, and professionalism-related values.

一年級入學
申請人必須：
- 培訓計畫開始時年滿18歲；
- 持有香港永久居民身分並擁有香港居留權；
並且
- (適用於2024/25學年及以後參加香港中學文憑考試的考生）須在香港中學文憑考試中取得中國語文、英國語文及數學二級或以上成績，並在公民及社會發展科目以及A類及B類選修科目中取得二級“A”級成績（“222A2”）；或A類及B類選修科目中取得二級“A”級成績（“222A2”）；或A類及B類選修科目中取得二級“A”級成績（“222A2”）；或
- （適用於2024/25學年之前的香港中學文憑考試考生）須在香港中學文憑考試中取得中國語文、英國語文、數學及A類及B類其他兩門科目二級或以上成績（“22222”）；或
- 持有香港中學會考試(HKCEE)成績的申請人須在香港完成中學五年級教育；或
- 須畢業於應用教育文憑或易進文憑，並成功完成數學密集選修課程；或
- 須取得同等學歷*

- Tung Wah College will adjust the tuition fee of its programmes based on the Composite Consumer Price Index to be announced by the Government annually.
- Tuition fees are normally charged by two instalments per annum and are payable before the commencement of each semester. New students are required to settle the balance of the tuition fee for the first semester (i.e. after deducting deposit) upon programme registration in August.
- Students are required to pay additional fees for all retake/additional courses which would be charged at the rate of the normal cohort and be calculated by the number of credits to be taken. Please refer the details in the College’s Fees Regulation at https://www.twc.edu.hk/en/Administration_Units/fo/our_service/student-area.
- The tuition fee for the programme under the Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/Sectors (SSSDP) is the net fee paid by a student after deduction of subsidy from the Government. In 2026/27 academic year, the annual subsidy under the SSSDP is $40,730 for laboratory-based sub-degree programmes . The annual subsidy amount may vary in each academic year subject to the decision by the Education Bureau.
- All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Following the Government's announcement on 31 July 2025 regarding the revised eligibility criteria for government-subsidised post-secondary student places and subsidies, the new arrangements will take effect from the 2027/28 academic year (with the application cycle commencing in October 2026). Students will be required to pay the non-subsidised tuition fees if they do not meet the updated eligibility criteria for government subsidies.

Professional Recognition
The programme is recognised by The Nursing Council in Hong Kong (NCHK) as a pre-enrolment nursing training programme. Graduates are eligible to apply for enrolment as Enrolled Nurses (EN) “登記護士” under the Nurses Registration Ordinance (Cap 164) of Hong Kong*.
Career Prospects and Further Studies
- After graduates have received their EN licenses, they may work in hospitals and residential care settings of publicly and privately owned organisations as well as non-profit organisations.
- Qualified ENs can become case managers if they are employed in the elderly care and rehabilitation services.
- Graduates may also pursue a bachelor’s degree programme in nursing or other disciplines at TWC and other local or overseas institutions.

這個課程是否獲得政府資助？
是的。HD(N)(SSSDP) 護理高級文憑課程屬於 指定專業／界別課程資助計劃（SSSDP） 的資助課程。
所有臨床實習期間會有督導嗎？
會有。學生在所有臨床實習中均會接受密切督導。實習期間由學院教職員或具經驗的臨床導師提供指導，協助學生在真實的臨床環境中掌握實務操作，並把理論知識應用於實際情境，確保學生在專業監督下獲得實際洞見及專業能力。
我需要像醫院的護士一樣輪班工作嗎？
需要。根據香港護士管理局的要求，學生在兩年的訓練期間必須完成不少於 1,600 小時 的臨床及社區實習，其中包括至少 100 小時夜更實習。因此學生須按訓練安排進行輪班，包括早、更、午更及夜更。
完成課程後有什麼就業前景？
畢業生可申請香港護士管理局認可的 普通科登記護士（EN） 專業資格。
成功畢業後，可於多種機構受聘為普通科登記護士，包括臨床單位、社區服務及院舍護理等。
完成課程後，是否有機會繼續升學？
