社商企業持續發展(榮譽)管理學學士

同學可透過案例研究及體驗式學習提升解難能力，並以創新思維平衡商業經濟活動及社會持續發展。學院會透過不同的企業協作、實習、海外交流等活動協助同學建立紮實的管理和分析能力，以便未來可以在複雜多變的政經環境中，平衡多重績效指標，成為一個可以兼顧經濟效益、社會福祉與環境責任的未來管理人才。

• To nurture students’ capacity in applying knowledge and skills from various business and management disciplines in a social context where both nonprofit and for-profit organisations can pursue both economic and social goals; 
• To equip students with transdisciplinary knowledge in designing, launching and implementing projects with social and economic value and impact, so as to create a better world; 
• To cultivate students’ capacity in thinking in systems, identifying social problems, and defining and designing creative solutions to these problems; 
• To train students to competently assess, measure, evaluate, and improve the social impact of the activities of both nonprofit and for-profit organisations; 
• To equip students with effective communication, collaboration, and teambuilding skills; 
• To provide students with general education to encourage them to grasp knowledge from various disciplines, in order to learn about self, life, and the world.

申請一年級入學，申請人應符合以下條件之一:

1. 2024/25學年及以後香港中學文憑考試考生）須在香港中學文憑考試中取得中文及英文科目3級、數學2級，並在公民及社會發展科以及一科選修/應用學習科目2級（“332A+2”）取得“A”級成績; 或
2. 2024/2025年度之前的香港中學文憑考試考生）須在香港中學文憑考試中取得中國語文及英國語文三級、數學及通識教育二級，以及一門選修/應用學習科目二級（“3322+2”); 或
3. 香港高級會考（HKALE）英語運用及AS科目、中國語言及文化及一科AL科目/兩科AS科目及格，香港中學會考(HKCEE)中國語言及英語語言科目及格，另加三科其他科目及格; 或
4. 已獲得同等資格

申請高年級入學者須符合以下條件之一:

1. 已完成相關學科/專業的副學士學位或高級文憑課程；或
2. 已獲得同等學歷。

被錄取進入高年級的學生可能需要完成銜接課程。這些銜接課程可以是專業課程，也可以是前兩年開設的通識教育課程。

• Tung Wah College will adjust the tuition fee of its programmes based on the Composite Consumer Price Index to be announced by the Government annually. 
• Tuition fees are normally charged by two instalments per annum and are payable before the commencement of each semester. New students are required to settle the balance of the tuition fee for the first semester (i.e. after deducting deposit) upon programme registration in August. 
• Students are required to pay additional fees for all retake/additional courses which would be charged at the rate of the normal cohort and be calculated by the number of credits to be taken. Please refer the details in the College’s Fees Regulation at https://www.twc.edu.hk/en/Administration_Units/fo/our_service/student-area. 
• This represents the programme fee after deduction of subsidy of the Non-means-tested Subsidy Scheme for Self-financing Undergraduate Studies in Hong Kong (NMTSS). In 2025/2026 academic year, the annual subsidy is $35,120. The annual subsidy amount may vary in each academic year subject to the decision by the Education Bureau. 
• All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. Following the Government's announcement on 31 July 2025 regarding the revised eligibility criteria for government-subsidised post-secondary student places and subsidies, the new arrangements will take effect from the 2027/28 academic year (with the application cycle commencing in October 2026). Students will be required to pay the non-subsidised tuition fees if they do not meet the updated eligibility criteria for government subsidies.

• Graduates can embark on careers in social enterprises, NPOs, or companies with CSR or CSV programmes, taking on various possible job functions including:

• Alternatively, graduates can start up social enterprises to address specific social problems.

對於一個在21世紀運作的組織來說，社會和商業永續管理意味著多重底線的管理。無論組織是社會企業、非營利組織 (NPO)，還是實踐企業社會責任 (CSR) 或創造共享價值 (CSV) 的公司，多重底線的管理如今都已成為大多數組織的必要組成部分。社會企業以創新方式解決社會問題，深知只有實現財務永續性才能持續發展。非營利組織也明白，創造社會價值依賴社會計畫的持續資金來源。企業也意識到，商業模式已不再如以往；除了為股東和客戶創造經濟價值外，它們還需要開展具有影響力的企業社會責任（CSR）或企業社會價值（CSV）項目，以應對社會和環境問題。因此，不同類型的組織需要兼顧多重目標，同時平衡社會、環境和經濟/財務目標、機會和風險，而這些目標、機會和風險往往相互衝突。

學生將學習不同類型的組織如何透過同時平衡社會、環境和經濟/財務目標、機會和風險來管理多重底線的理論和實踐知識。所獲得的知識是跨學科的，因為現今的組織需要藉鏡不同學科的知識並協同增效，才能同時實現多個目標。學生將學習核心工商管理課程，例如管理、策略管理、行銷、經濟學、會計、金融、統計和數據管理，同時亦修讀與社會永續發展相關的課程，包括社會創業、社會創新、社區發展、企業社會責任、非營利組織管理、籌款和捐贈者關係、慈善事業以及社會影響評估。

本課程提供的科目強調課堂外的體驗式學習和理論在實踐中的應用。學生將獲得實用技能，例如繪製社區的願望、需求和資源圖；運用設計思維策劃創新方案以解決社會問題；運用未來思維應對預期的未來問題並塑造未來；以及進行社會投資回報率分析，以衡量社會項目的影響。學生不僅學習如何運作和管理社會企業、非營利組織以及設有企業社會責任（CSR）或社會價值（CSV）專案的公司，亦學習如何識別和分析社會問題，並制定有效且可持續的解決方案。此外，學生還有機會參與相關的實習、完成具意義的畢業專題項目，並參加海外遊學活動，以了解其他國家如何應對社會問題。

社商企業持續發展(榮譽)管理學學士是香港首個獲認可的本科課程，結合核心工商管理課程與多元的社會永續發展相關課程。

鑑於畢業生從本課程中獲得的廣泛跨學科知識和技能，他們可以選擇多元的職業發展道路。畢業生可於社會企業、非營利組織，或實踐企業社會責任（CSR）或企業社會價值（CSV）的公司任職。這些機構愈來愈需要能夠整合跨學科知識與技能以解決複雜問題的博學型人才，因此本課程畢業生具備的跨學科基礎，使他們成為這些機構的理想人選。此外，畢業生亦可選擇創辦社會企業以回應香港的多項社會議題，或銜接本地及海外院校的相關研究生課程。
