幼兒教育(榮譽)教育學士
本課程深入探討0-8歲幼兒發展階段,涵蓋教學法及教育心理學,並提供跨學科的學習體驗。學院設有「幼兒遊戲學習實驗教室」,讓學生練習遊戲活動,支援不同的教學需要。課程亦專注0-3歲嬰幼兒優質教護技能,助畢業生投身各階段幼教專業。
課程簡介

透過我們的幼兒教育榮譽學士課程,展開幼兒教育之旅,我們致力塑造您成為反思型教育者及卓越兒童照顧的倡導者。課程優先強調全面、以兒童為本的教學方法,並加強家庭合作。您將學習課程設計及創新、融合教育策略及觀察評估等關鍵技能。藉由理論洞見與實務經驗的無縫融合,我們助您成為幼教領域的專業人士,在不同幼教行業崗位一展所學,並產生深遠影響。

課程目標
  1. To utilise critical thinking in constructing arguments about contemporary issues in early childhood education; 
  2. To apply knowledge and skills to various childcare or early childhood educational settings; 
  3. To design curriculum which suit the diverse learning and/or developmental needs of children across the changing socio-economic and educational environment; 
  4. To demonstrate competence in integrating knowledge and skills to work with children with diverse needs in early childhood education and their families; 
  5. To demonstrate competence to undertake independent fieldwork across different childcare or early childhood educational settings; and 
  6. To illustrate leadership across various childcare or early childhood educational settings.

一年級入學

申請一年級入學,申請人應符合以下條件之一:

  1. 2024/25學年及以後香港中學文憑考試考生)須在香港中學文憑考試中取得中文及英文科目3級、數學2級,並在公民及社會發展科以及一科選修/應用學習科目2級(“332A+2”)取得“A”級成績; 或
  2. 2024/2025年度之前的香港中學文憑考試考生)須在香港中學文憑考試中取得中國語文及英國語文三級、數學及通識教育二級,以及一門選修/應用學習科目二級(“3322+2”); 或
  3. 香港高級會考(HKALE)英語運用及AS科目、中國語言及文化及一科AL科目/兩科AS科目及格,香港中學會考(HKCEE)中國語言及英語語言科目及格,另加三科其他科目及格; 或
  4. 國際文憑(IB)課程:完成國際文憑(IB)課程文憑,總分最少 24 分,並符合以下英語要求:
    • 英語 A: 語言與文學(高級或標準程度)達 4 級;或
    • 英語 A: 文學(高級或標準程度)達 4 級;或
    • 英語 B: (高級程度)達 4 級;或

  • Tung Wah College will adjust the tuition fee of its programmes based on the Composite Consumer Price Index to be announced by the Government annually. 
  • Tuition fees are normally charged by two instalments per annum and are payable before the commencement of each semester. New students are required to settle the balance of the tuition fee for the first semester (i.e. after deducting deposit) upon programme registration in August. 
  • Students are required to pay additional fees for all retake/additional courses which would be charged at the rate of the normal cohort and be calculated by the number of credits to be taken. Please refer the details in the College’s Fees Regulation at https://www.twc.edu.hk/en/Administration_Units/fo/our_service/student-area. 
  • This represents the programme fee after deduction of subsidy of the Non-means-tested Subsidy Scheme for Self-financing Undergraduate Studies in Hong Kong (NMTSS). In 2025/2026 academic year, the annual subsidy is $35,120. The annual subsidy amount may vary in each academic year subject to the decision by the Education Bureau. 
  • All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
  • Following the Government's announcement on 31 July 2025 regarding the revised eligibility criteria for government-subsidised post-secondary student places and subsidies, the new arrangements will take effect from the 2027/28 academic year (with the application cycle commencing in October 2026). Students will be required to pay the non-subsidised tuition fees if they do not meet the updated eligibility criteria for government subsidies.

Professional Recognition
  • Graduates are recognised by the Education Bureau as meeting the requirement for registration as Qualified Kindergarten Teachers under the Education Ordinance. 
  • Graduates are also eligible for registration as Child Care Workers, Child Care Supervisors and Special Child Care Workers under the Child Care Services Ordinance of the Social Welfare Department (SWD). 
Career Prospects and Further Studies
  • Graduates can register as qualified kindergarten teachers in great demand in various early childhood settings which include crèche, nursery cum kindergarten, kindergarten, international school and special childcare centre etc. 
  • Graduates are capable of serving in various early childhood settings in Hong Kong. 
  • Graduates are also able to articulate to postgraduate programmes in early childhood education or similar disciplines at other local and overseas education institutions.

0至3歲幼兒的實務教養學習體驗

在幼兒教育(榮譽)教育學士課程四年級中,包括了一周的學校實習,專注於0-3歲兒童在托兒中心的學習。

行業導師交流計劃

學生事務處舉辦了行業導師交流計劃,旨在為本科生提供機會,通過經驗豐富的從業者的輔導來發展專業能力、專業知識和實踐技能。

在幼兒教育課程中,我將學到什麼?

本課程旨在為學生在幼兒教育領域從事專業工作做好準備。學生將學習幼兒教育的理論和教學法,以滿足照顧和教育0至8歲幼兒的需求。

香港東華大學的幼兒教育(榮譽)教育學士課程有哪些特色?

本課程將採用多種教學方法​​,包括工作坊、學校參觀、研討會、討論和實踐。實踐環節尤其為學生提供了將理論應用於實踐的機會。透過學校實習、教育參觀以及在不同幼兒教育領域進行集中實習,學生能夠獲得、提升並展現合格新教師所需的各項技能。特殊教育需求(SEN)兒童教育是本課程的另一個大特色。課程設置中包含一些專門的課程。在職業治療、心理學和語言等相關學科擁有專業知識的教師將參與特殊教育需求課程的設計和教學。作為實踐知識的使用者和研究活動的參與者,接觸研究也是本課程的一大亮點。

該課程是否獲得政府認證和專業認可?

本課程已獲香港學術及職業資歷評審局(HKCAAVQ)認可,並可授予學位資格(第五級)。畢業生有資格註冊為:

教育局(EDB)的合格幼師(QKT);以及

社會福利署(SWD)的幼教工作者(CCW)和幼教督導員(CCS)。

此外,畢業生還可擔任特殊幼兒教育工作者(SCCW)。

該課程的就業前景和升學途徑如何?

幼兒園教師在各類幼兒教育機構(包括托兒所、幼兒園、國際學校、特殊兒童保育中心等)都非常搶手。畢業生能夠在香港各類幼兒教育機構任職。畢業生亦可銜接本地及海外高等院校的幼兒教育或相關專業的碩士研究生課程。
