Student Finance Office – Financial Assistance Schemes

The Student Finance Office (SFO) under the Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency (WFSFAA) provides a number of financial assistance schemes to needy students. Eligible students may apply for the following schemes to finance their tuition fees and living expenses:

  1. Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP)

  2. The Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS)

Students who would like to apply for the above schemes may submit an online application through the "eWFSFAA" 
https://eservices.wfsfaa.gov.hk/wfa-api/cesp/redirect/page/en?lang=en platform. Below are some important information for your application:

  1. Deadline for Submission of Online Application:
  2. The NLSPS is used to complement the FASP to provide loans to eligible students to settle tuition fees. Therefore, eligible students may apply for the FASP and the NLSPS simultaneously.

Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme (ENLS): For students who would like to apply for the ENLS, please complete the ENLS application form and submit your completed application before the stipulated deadline in person to the SFO after completing the online NLSPS application.
