The Centre for Innovative Teaching and Learning (CITL), reporting to the Vice President (Academic), is dedicated to transforming education through innovation. The Centre aims to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence in teaching and learning. Through research, professional development, and innovative pedagogical practices, CITL empowers educators and students to meet the evolving needs of 21st‑century learning and to advance educational excellence within and beyond the College.

Functions of the Centre
  • Support academic staff in achieving high-quality teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Provide professional development in curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment.
  • Build an academic repository and foster a collaborative teaching community.
  • Host webinars with external experts on educational innovation and higher education development.
  • Offer training on emerging technologies for technology-enhanced learning (TEL).
  • Implement college-wide initiatives, teaching grants, and action research projects.
