Welcome to the homepage of the Registry of Tung Wah University of Hong Kong (TWUHK)!

The Registry team is dedicated to delivering timely, professional, and student-centered services that support the TWUHK’s commitment to excellence in education. We are composed of three teams overseeing matters pertaining to Academic Affairs, Admissions, and Student Administration. We play a vital role in supporting both student development and academic operations. Whether you are a current student, a graduate, a prospective applicant, or a member of our academic community, our team is here to assist you with dedication and care.

The Registry oversee a wide spectrum of academic and student services, including admissions, registration, timetabling, examinations, scholarships and financial aid, issuance of transcripts, testimonials, and other academic documents, as well as coordination of ceremonial functions. We also provide secretarial support to the Academic Board and its committees, and also manage some academic quality assurance processes such as the administration of teaching evaluations and course reviews conducted by External Examiners.

Our mission is to maintain the highest standards of integrity, efficiency, and responsiveness in all that we do. We work closely with students, faculty, and administration units to ensure that our services evolve in line with the University’s growth and the changing needs of our community.
