Biography
Ms. Belle Yuen Ching LAU is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Nursing at Tung Wah University of Hong Kong. She has over ten years’ experience teaching in Hong Kong’s tertiary sector, with a strong track record in both classroom and clinical education. Her academic work includes student support and counselling, programme development and management, accreditation preparation, and quality assurance.
Prior to her academic career, Ms. LAU worked for more than ten years in Hong Kong Hospital Authority hospitals. Her clinical experience spans paediatrics, medical and geriatric nursing, and infection control practice in isolation wards, providing a robust foundation for teaching and the integration of clinical realities into nursing education.
