E-APP (www.eapp.gov.hk) is a one-stop internet-based online application system, developed by the Education Bureau for the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination candidates of current year. It provides an alternative application channel for the HKDSE Examination candidates, to lodge advance applications for locally-accredited sub-degree and bachelor’s degree programmes not covered by the Joint University Programmes Admissions System (JUPAS), before announcement of public examination results.
TWUHK will obtain your application through E-APP for further processing. The assessment of applications is at the full discretion of individual institutions. E-APP does not charge any fees.
The application status and related information would be updated in the TWUHK Admission System upon transfer of application data from E-APP.
Under normal circumstances, applicants will be notified of the admission result after submitting a completed application. You may consider your application unsuccessful if you have not recieved an admission result by mid-September.
Applicants may receive more than ONE programme offer but they could only accept one.
If you receive a letter stating that you have been put on the waiting list, you will be admitted based on the available quota. You may consider your application unsucessful if you do not receive an admission result by mid-September.
If you receive a letter stating that you have been rejected by the programme(s) that you have applied, you will not be considered for admission for that programme again. Applicants may apply for other programmes.

Applicants are required to accept the offer in the admission system by a specified deadline stated in the offer letter, and settle the deposit using the payment methods provided in the system on or before the stipulated deadline.
