Biography

Dr. Beeto LEUNG is an Assistant Professor in the School of Arts and Humanities at Tung Wah University of Hong Kong, whose career is dedicated to advancing the science of human flourishing. His academic journey, with training from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and specialized postgraduate studies in Health and Positive Psychology at The University of Hong Kong, laid the foundation for his person-centric research.

His work is centrally focused on promoting subjective well-being by investigating the powerful roles of key positive traits. Dr. LEUNG's research meticulously examines the dynamics between hope, resilience, and mindfulness, and their profound consequences on mental health. He explores how these traits interact to not only buffer against psychological distress but also to actively foster a life of engagement and meaning.

Expanding the reach of psychological science, Dr. LEUNG pursues innovative, interdisciplinary applications.
