Biography
Dr. Jenny Tsang serves as an Assistant Professor at Tung Wah University of Hong Kong. She obtained her Master of Nursing degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is a registered nurse with various clinical experiences in gerontological and palliative nursing. Before working as a nurse, she was a biomedical scientist in genomic cancer research.
She obtained her PhD degree in Biochemistry from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, USA. She has teaching experience in both biomedical science and nursing subjects in higher education. Her current research interest is health and education technologies.
