At the invitation of the TWGHs A Power Academy, Ms. Nancy Ting, Senior Lecturer at the School of Arts and Humanities, served as the key speaker in the parenting education seminar, “Enhancing Children's Social-Emotional Development,” alongside Professor Alex Chan, Dean of the School of Arts and Humanities on 10 and 25 October, 2025. The two seminars attracted over 260 parents from 13 nurseries under TWGHs, who gathered to gain valuable insights into parenting and child development.
The events provided a platform for parents to engage with experts on crucial topics related to effectively nurturing and educating young children's social-emotional development. Positive feedback has poured in from participants, with many praising the seminars for their informative nature and relevance to the problems parents face today.
