Biography

Ms Winsy Wan is currently the Senior Lecturer at the School of Nursing at Tung Wah University of Hong Kong. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a Master of Science in Gastroenterology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is a Registered Nurse with extensive clinical and teaching experience in Hong Kong. She started her career in a public hospital, where she gained substantial expertise in surgical, urology and gastrointestinal nursing. She later worked in a private hospital setting before transitioning to nursing education. Her research interests focus on innovative nursing education, simulation-based learning, and the transition experiences of new nursing graduates.
