Tung Wah College has been awarded the Caring Organization Logo 2014/2015 by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) in recognition of our commitment in Caring for the Community, Caring for the Employees and Caring for the Environment over the past years. This is the third consecutive year since 2012 that our College is honoured with the award of the Caring Organisation Logo for having demonstrated good Corporate Social Responsibility. The College is entitled to using the Caring Organisation Logo in promotional materials or activities from 1 March 2015 to 29 February 2016.
Founded in 2010, TWC has since been committed to nurturing students’ social responsibility with a caring heart. Academic staff and students share a mutually supportive relationship, one where they take care of each other and jointly participate in various activities such as community service and volunteer activities.
Launched by HKCSS, the Caring Company Scheme aims to cultivate good corporate citizenship. Each year, the HKCSS awards the logo to organisations and companies that have demonstrated good corporate citizenship.
