Digital health and smart health are increasingly important in healthcare service provision. To equip healthcare students with digital health literacy, the Digital Health Lab provides hands-on experience with digital health technologies and data analytics skills, enabling them to access the digital health data accurately and support the patients and families successfully.
The Digital Health Lab is outfitted with a programmable Robot Ambassador, a variety of Apple devices such as the iMac, Mac Book Pro, Vision Pro, and Watch, as well as a suite of healthcare-related application software. The lab is open for various Digital Health and Smart Health workshops, as well as supervised classes. Through hands-on practice on the aforementioned devices and applications, the lab provides students and workshop participants with an immersive learning experience.
The Digital Health Lab provides a wide, comprehensive scope of hardware and software platforms for Tung Wah College students. The lab can also facilitate student learning and improve their learning experience with the latest digital health technologies for their career success in the healthcare management industry.
