Digital Transformation in Health Care – Building leadership capacity

Dr. Zhanming Liang explored the dynamic landscape of digital health transformation through a leadership lens, highlighting the opportunities to revolutionize care delivery, the challenges that leaders must navigate, and the critical enablers of success. The seminar was well attended by students, staff, and those who have an interest in this area. Questions were asked about the experiences that Hong Kong can learn from the Australian perspectives.
