What is the “WhatsApp Library”?

The Library is pleased to introduce the WhatsApp Enquiry Service, enabling readers to contact us conveniently through the WhatsApp messaging application and receive prompt replies.

How to Access the Service

Readers may send a message via WhatsApp to 5575-1564 using any mobile device with the application installed.

Scope of Service

This service is intended for handling basic enquiries. For more detailed assistance, please contact the Library through one of the following channels:

Please note that the WhatsApp Enquiry Service does not support voice or video calls. For urgent matters, readers are advised to call or visit the Library directly.

Service Hours

  • Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Messages received outside service hours will be attended to on the next working day.
